Flat B is a two-bedroom, self-catering apartment located on the first floor. The bedroom and living room windows offer beautiful views overlooking the village green and the stream that runs through Hutton-le-Hole.
Living Room
You enter the spacious living room directly from the landing. It features a comfortable sofa, two armchairs, and a widescreen TV connected to FreeSat.
Kitchen
Located just off the living room, the fully equipped kitchen includes a dining table with four chairs. It comes complete with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and plenty of crockery, cutlery, and cooking utensils to see you through your holiday.
Bedrooms
An inner hallway off the living room leads to the bedrooms and bathroom. The flat sleeps up to four people (perfect for a family or four adults sharing):
- Main Bedroom: Features a comfortable king-size bed, a dressing table, and a large wardrobe.
- Second Bedroom: Features two full-size single beds, a chest of drawers, and a small wardrobe.
Bathroom
The family bathroom includes a basin, WC, full-size bath, and a powerful shower over the bath.

Dogs
Well-behaved dogs are welcome to join you at no extra charge. We kindly ask that dogs are not left unattended in the flat, are kept off the beds and furniture, and are kept on a lead when near the sheep that graze on the village green.
