We want everyone to be able to use this website and to enjoy a stay at our holiday cottages at Hutton-le-Hole. This statement explains how accessible the site is, who to contact if you have trouble using it, and what to expect when you visit us.
Using this website
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. In practice this means the site should:
- work when you zoom in to 200% or resize the text;
- be navigable using a keyboard alone;
- be usable with a screen reader;
- use colours and text sizes that are comfortable to read.
Known limitations
The live availability calendar is provided by a third party and is embedded from an external service, so we cannot guarantee its accessibility. If you have any difficulty checking dates, please contact us directly and we will be glad to help you by email.
Alternative formats
If you need any information on this website in a different format — such as large print, plain text or a version read to you over the phone — please get in touch and we will do our best to provide it.
Reporting accessibility problems
We are always looking to improve. If you find any part of this website difficult to use, or if you spot something that is not accessible, please let us know:
- Email: [email protected]
We aim to reply within 24 hours.
Accessibility at the cottages
Our ground-floor flat (Flat A) offers single step access from the parking area and opens onto a level patio, which many guests with limited mobility find comfortable. The first-floor flat (Flat B) is reached by an internal staircase. If you have specific access needs, please call or email us before booking and we will talk you through the layout honestly so you can choose the right flat.
