The Ground Floor Flat is a spacious two-bedroom self-catering holiday apartment in the heart of Hutton-le-Hole, with its own private front door and patio overlooking the village green and stream.

The flat has two bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and one with two single beds, sleeping up to four people. It is particularly well suited to families or guests who prefer to avoid stairs.

Living room

A large, comfortable lounge with sofa and two armchairs, widescreen TV connected to FreeSat (free satellite TV), DVD player, and radio.

Kitchen

A well-equipped eat-in kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. All crockery, cutlery, and utensils are provided.

Bathroom

Family bathroom with basin, WC, full-size bath, and powerful shower over the bath.

Dogs

Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome at no extra charge. Dogs must not be left unattended, must not be allowed on beds or furniture, and must be kept on a lead near the sheep that graze on the village green.
