The First Floor Flat is a two-bedroom self-catering apartment on the first floor, entered through a shared front door with the Annexe. All windows overlook the village green and the stream that runs through Hutton-le-Hole.

Two bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and one with two full-size single beds, sleeping up to four people.

Spacious lounge with two sofas, widescreen TV connected to FreeSat, DVD player, and radio.

Kitchen

Fully equipped kitchen with dining table and four chairs. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. All crockery, cutlery, and utensils provided.

Bathroom

Family bathroom with basin, WC, full-size bath, and powerful shower over the bath.

Solid wood floors (tiles in the kitchen and bathroom). Full gas central heating. Broadband internet. Bed linen and towels included. Secure bicycle storage.

Dogs

Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome at no extra charge. Dogs must not be left unattended, must not be allowed on beds or furniture, and must be kept on a lead near the sheep that graze on the village green.
